Local 7 Convenience Store (West End)

A five-star convenience store, really friendly & helpful. Great prices for an extended hours store.

The fellow in the counter was very unpleasant and rude. No greeting or thanks or whatsoever. I was claiming a very valuable parcel from Apple and he did not know where to find my item. Apparently i also gave him my official Queensland Photo ID and he had no clue it was a real ID. Even had to ask me if it was official.

Unpleasant customer service.

My parcel was lost here. There’s nothing I can say.

Package collection system here is very poor.
