It's change staff, I've visited the store a number of occasions, the staff behind the counter have been very nice and friendly. Great customer service. Keep up the great work.

I was overcharged twice here when I charged my bus card (go card).nI added 30 AUD and was charged 60 AUD.nI contacted the transportation authority and they assured me that I charged only 30 AUD.nI contacted manager but I never received a refund. He claimed that I bought two different cards in the same day, but as I was traveling alone that seems impossible.nAt the store, customer service was not responsive nor efficient.nI spent a lot of time trying to solve the issue and it was all wasted.nI write this here to help to protect, in case something similar happens to you at this premise.
