Wilson Parking - Blue Tower

Totally untrustworthy employees - went through my car and helped themselves to my stuff!! Wilson Parking you should be ashamed of yourselves for not taking more care to ensure the security of people's belongings. If you're going to force people to hand their key over to the attendant, you should take all precautions to ensure the integrity of your employees!! Complained but said they couldn't see the theft on camera so therefore could not take any action. BEWARE!!!

The employees at this carpark are not trustworthy. Left my car there and had to give them the key. Despite the fact that the parking space was not parking anyone in, when I returned to my car 45 minutes later it had been moved and backed in to the spot next to the attendant's station. Apparently the cameras can't see this spot (according to the management at Wilson Parking who investigated my complaint). When we got home I realised the boot was open and we found an item missing. Wilson Parking refuse to take any action because there's no proof, so don't expect any concern for your car's security. The attendant is still working there so beware - don't leave your key unless you don't mind someone rifling through your car and helping themself to your stuff!
