Wilson Parking - Riverside Centre

The vehicle height indicators are poorly planned. The height limit is stated as 2.1m on entry, however you then quickly encounter 2.0m then 1.9m (at which point I could not go further safely) There were very few parking spots between entry and the 1.9m - I was just lucky to get a vacant spot. In summary the maximum height is not 2.1m but 1.9m.

Location of entry to the carpark is not 123 Eagle Street as listed, it’s 111 Eagle Street and even says that on the signage as you drive into the carpark. This wouldn’t be a major issue except when you miss the turnoff, you have to spend another 10-15 mins driving through the city to make it back to this side of Eagle Street to try again.nnInstructions say ‘next to Pig and Whistle’ but should say ‘driveway before Pig and Whistle’ to be more specific, given that the location isn’t actually correct.nnSuper busy inside and despite paying in advance, we couldn’t even get a parking spot for 20 mins. Happy to take your money even when there aren’t spots available. Lifts up to the restaurants didn’t work either.

Very poorly marked and signed car park, almost impossible to find from the street. Absolute rabbit hole filled with dead ends. Very unclear instructions on reserving parking and how to get in and out without being charged extra parking fees.

Pretty good for weekend and night parking, too expensive during the week.

Went to Customs House and was told on their web site that you get parking validation for Wilson Parking there. Had a great time at Customs House but even after validation Parking cost $48 for 2 hours. We parked at 6:15pm. A friend who had dinner with us, parked much closer paid $16 for the same time period without parking validation. Don't park here it is a rip off.
