We've had our end of year staff function at the Palace Lounge and everything was absolutely spot on. John and his team had strong attention to detail and anticipated all of our needs in advance. Great private room which catered for 20 of us and felt very spacious.. there was wide range of songs to choose from and very attentive service - little bell in the room did all the trick! Will definitely return again for our next functions.. thanks again for looking after us.. highly recommended!

Nice staff, clean. Not extensive choice of music and clip sound slightly off. Overall its a fun and quite fancy karaoke spot.

Really great place. Beautiful decorations.nCould use a little more bar tables or seating.nOther than that it was awesome!! Good vibes

Bought a Groupon, tried to call, website enquire, Facebook and instagram message but received no replies. Hopefully get my money back
