Can be fun but some of the crowd are grubs.

Guilherme and Lisa are the best bartender this world needs he looked after us well and needs some sort of pay rise or acknowledgement

Completely unorganised and am very upset. We booked a ladies lounge for 10-11pm and were told via email to go to the VIP line as it was for my birthday. Went in line to be told we had to join in the other 67 people waiting in the standard line who were waiting to pay (we had free entry and VIP line access with birthday booking) waited for about 35 min and asked multiple staff members that we had a booking and the room was sitting there empty as we were being put into a different line whenever we questioned staff. Soon enough out booking was just about over and we were still miles from getting inside. I am so disappointed that staff would not listen. It’s atrocious that we couldn’t go to our booked room for my birthday. Very upset.

$10 entry free on the guest list, had no issue with security and the staff were friendly. Drinks are of decent price. Can get very crowded. Great place if you want to let loose and dance, upstairs area has a central bar and balcony which is more suited for catching up with people. Downstairs area is very dark / dimly lit with lights and smoke machines, they play great mix of remixes and the entire atmosphere is really energetic. There are a couple of booths on the wall, but don't expect to be able to have a chat because it's so loud and dark. Would definitely come back again.

Apart from the fact I had to wait 15 minutes just to be served in the bar in that time they decided to raise the price of drinks since it was after 12 and couldn’t even accommodate the original price. Pathetic service.nMyself and three friends left immediately. Rude bartender in a white shirt to top it off.
