I would agree the staff interaction with the customer could be improved. No effort by staff to go the extra yard. There are plenty of other florists in the area, suggest try there.

I organised flowers for delivery through the New Farm store. The florist was very good at talking me through the order and helping me pick something out from the beautiful flowers that were on display. My friend was so happy with the flowers, she made me a star! Thank you
