Great service and very freindly staff

Not experienced with their other services, but they have looked after my UPS systems for years now. Efficient, concise and deliver systems that work for me. It is good to deal with people who know their stuff.

Sure Power do their absolute best to help out in anyway they can. They are a very reliable and easy service business to work with. Sure Power do well to keep on top of the services they provide to limit the risk of electrical failures. They provide 24/7 support for their customers also! if your UPS unit fails anytime of the day Sure Power can provide their expert assistance within just a couple of hours.

I had to deal with their accounts department on an issue regarding mail for our business that had been sent to their address by mistake. They went out of their way to help me, when they didn't even have to. If this is not an insight into how a business operates I don't know what is. A HUGE thank you to the team at Sure Power!
