Domino's Pizza North Ward

Found two big nasty hairs (looked like beard hairs) on my pizza. Didn't ask for these as topping but I got them anyway. Really worth the wait.

Great online purchase an great response to delievery. Service was great with transaction an drop off.

Gets the order wrong routinely. Recommend avoiding if you have dietary preferences.

Worst Dominos store ever. They will not ever pick up the phone. Our pizza was over two hours late and I tried to call them 10 times but they wouldn’t pick up once. This has happened a couple of times before. Not even a star worth but it wouldn’t let me post this review without clicking it.

If you want to be disappointed be my guest and order something from here.nI ordered through the Domino's app once and they delivered an hour late after multiple calls and complaints. Today, I've ordered through Uber Eats and after my order hasn't been delivered (they were 20 minutes late), I called them, and they said, they haven't had the ingredients to make my order, so the only options they gave me were to cancel the whole order or change one of the items on it (even though I've only ordered two things). So I can only conclude that this establishment doesn't have proper management and doesn't deserve my money.nI work in sales and I know that customer service and communication are a must. I'm not disappointed by their delays or that they ran out of ingredients, because that could happen anywhere. I'm disappointed because of their lack of communication, because on both of the situations I had to constantly call them to get an update and they should be the ones calling to explain. And as any customer, I would be way more sympathetic if they tried to reach me first and explain what was happening.
