My fiance and I just recently purchased our first home. If there is one good investment I've made in life, it's Damien. Never met him in person, but I didn't have to! Everything was done online, which made it even more convenient. The house is a strata titled property, so there is a lot more paperwork involved - thank God for Damien, as this would have given me a major headache if I had to organise it all myself. Damien was always on top of everything and kept us updated every step of the way (A++++ for communication). If the bank or real estate agent was being cheeky, Damien would also lay down the law. This has been such a smooth process for us and I would 100% recommend anyone to hit up Damien if they are planning to buy a house!

I used Damien at A1 Conveyancing when I was selling real estate, he never let any of my clients down. I also used him to sell my own homes one of which I just sold recently. He is really on the ball and cares about his clients and strives hard to make sure settlement happens on the said date. I would never use any one else.

Damien McDonnell from A1 Conveyancing we highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an excellent settlement agent. It was time to sell our house. We did some property homework then decided to save thousands of dollars in real estate fees and sell our house ourselves. So, it was imperative we had a knowledgeable and competent settlement agent. As former clients of Damien we sought his expertise. He went over and above our expectations in this complex process that we were unfamiliar with and he eased our minds. I have to commend A1 Conveyancing for the outstanding service they provided my wife and I when buying our house. The were very hands-on with us and kept us well informed. They even educated us on some of the finer points regarding the settlement process. They also saved us about $11,000 by spotting a lender error (many thanks Damien!). We will totally be calling you next time and will be recommending A1 Conveyancing to all our friends and relatives.
