Pizza Hut The Lakes

The Pizza made by Madisyn couldn't be rated any higher, tasted absolutely amazing. However there was a kitchen hand on dispatch without a hat, uniform (no longer pants, out of uniform) hair everywhere. He didn't look hygienic at all.

Called in for a quick meal. Ordered 2 large pizzas and was told 10 minutes at 5:11pm. Left shop and sat on bench right outside the door, pizza hut's bench AT FRONT DOOR. 6:00pm I asked where our pizzas were, they go to oven and got them out. LAZY is the best I can say. Were behind the door when brains were being handed out, Never going back there.

i had called up to make a order and got a kid who said his name was michael, he had spoke to me VERY rudely took forever to order my meal was on the phone for like 10 MINS and i wasnt liking how he was speaking so i just cancalled my order.. need to learn how to speak more NICER to costumers!!!

You guys need to work on your customer service… your phone manners are absolutely terrible. I’ve spoken to multiple employees on the phone recently and they’ve all been rude and unprofessional. Please invest more into training.

Absolutely terrible. Came in to order a pizza and took forever for someone to even come and serve me then I got my pizzas and they were raw!
