Crust Pizza Idalia

Great pizza but what ever wait time they give you add 10-15 minutes.

Ordered a cheese garlic and herb bread.. picture was what I received I guess at least they didn't forget the cheese!! and if you zoom right in with a microscope there is a green spot somewhere..Salad was not even worth the picture it would have made my camera sad

Was told a 20 mintue wait for one pizza, after the 20 mintues had past was told the pizza had to be remade and it would be another 5 mins (was another 10). They did upgraded the pizza and gave a free dessert for the delay. However, the pizza was not good and most of it was thrown into the bin. Had way to much sauce, and the pizza that was ordered was pulled pork and slaw, there was hardly any slaw and there was meant to be thin slices of pear but there was only one thick piece of pear dumped in the middle of the pizza. Crust at Idalia is definetly not at the standard that the Willows crust is at, and i would not recommend or go back. Very disappointed.

Always always aaaaallllways takes significantly longer than the time they say they will on the phone, mistakes with orders are frequent (including ones related to allergies/vegetarianism that are clearly specified) and the service is very often rude. The manager was once so awful to me that she made me cry and two other sets of customers walked out in disgust. NEVER an apology for bad service or lateness (as in, over half an hour late for pick up) either. I keep wanting this place to be better and try so hard to keep a positive attitude but it truly is consistently poor ☹ufe0f disappointing because the pizza is decent! Hoping it improves ud83dudc9c
