Absolutely disappointing service tonight...nnPlaced my order via the App at 6:45 for a 7:01 pick-up time.Arrived at 7:01 and approached the counter but was quickly shunted off to the side and asked to wait as the order was not ready.So I stepped away and watched people who had come in after me collect their orders and leave. Finally after 15 mins of waiting and all other customers were served, the manager (I assume) asked me if I was waiting on something..I gave her my order number and guess what???? it had been sitting there all this while, exactly where the first person had looked for it and had told me it wasn't ready @7:01 ... Absolutely disappointing customer service tonight !!! They would have to step up their act to continue to be in the game.

Terrible service, two times in a row now!nOrdered at 6:04, app said would be ready at 6:08. After asking for a refund at 6:50 we finally received the food. No explanation from staff, no apology, nothing. Didn't help their case that the order we received was wrong as well!!nWould not recommend unless you've got a solid hour to wait, and that's on a not very busy night.

Never any fuss, pretty straight forward. Friendly staff. Food is delicious. An allround great place for lunch.

Staff are great but the place is understaffed most nights. Turn up for pick up on time... you will be waiting.
