This company had cross threaded my appliance intake hose AFTER the tech had clearly stated the connection was not right but then proceeded to tighten it anyway, resulting in my house to flood destroyed my carpets and underlay, they have then has turned around trying to blame me for not having it connected properly but it has been that way since 11/2011 and have had a few warranty jobs completed before they came along. My advice if u can get another company to do your repairs or check over with what they have done the Manager Jim has terrible customer service and doesn't care about any issue you the customer is having.

Be careful with this business, i was given a quote over the phone for a certian job to be completed. However when i received the invoice it was 30% more than quoted and they did not execute the job as quoted and no contact was made to confirm if i as happy for the job to progress differently to quoted. when i spoke to the manager no customer service was gievn and i was basically told a load of crap.nnWould not use this business ever again!!!
