Toowoomba Coronis are Good to rent through. Have been renting through them for 3-4 years now. Good customer service and have only had positive experience with them.

Great realestate as a landlord. I live in another state to my investment property so don’t often get to be hands on with it. The property manager keeps me updated regularly with the property. I also get phone calls and emails when needed for repairs or maintenance needed. Money left after bills are paid by the agent are transferred to my account twice a month.nWhen I am in town the manager is happy to arrange a walk through the property for me ( given appropriate notice to the tenant as well) so I am able to keep track of the overall property condition.
The Toowoomba Team are great to work with. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. The Team is professional but down to earth. Best real estate I've ever dealt with.
I have found the property managers of my investment home in Toowoomba to be very professional, efficient and available to discuss any concerns with my property. The team members have always been courteous and willing to listen to and carry out instructions as directed.
