Our stay at Warakurna Roadhouse was absolutely fantastic and no words can describe the generosity we received by Sue and John. Thank you again for all of your help and of course Charlie and Mick!!! We are very grateful, we hope to pass through again in the near future :) 5* Highly recommended for a great stay if your touring through the Great Central Road.

The first location for fuel on a long journey. Head on in for a bite, a drink and to appreciate the air conditioning. Ask to see the art gallery and maybe pick up a few pieces. Toilet is around the back.
Pretty primitive. Giles Met Station is very interesting. Lennie's Cat Cage grader an interesting part of Aussie history.
