One of the most scenic picnic areas around. Lakeside vista and beautiful waters that stretch across to the north Maleny side. Electric BBQs are free with picnic tables and seating in amongst the trees. This is a SEQWATER site which supplies drinking water to the South East Queensland water grid.

Some nice walks to the Narrows Lookout (~2km return) and Baroon Lookout (~4km return) leave from here. There are no toilets at this car park. The nearest are at the Baroon Pocket Dam recreational area at the end of Narrows Rd (near Secrets on the Lake).

A beautiful place to visit for a short and long walk, suitable for family with kid.nIt has toilets, picnic area and some barbeques.
