It's worth noting that there are no public toilets here. When we asked to use the caravan park toilets the response was "No. We get hundreds of people through here wanting to use the toilets, and it's just not on!" Management at the shop proceeded to put up signs saying the toilets are not for public use. And when asked what to do if caught short, the response was "Go to Shelly Beach". The attitude here left us dumbfounded, and we wonder if this location is indeed a World Heritage site, what is being done to protect the environment from people who are then forced to litter the environment with poo and toilet paper out of sheer necessity? PS: The toilets at Shelly Beach (some 57km away were absolutely putridlong drops.
