Who's the only person gave this shop 5 star?! I have been to shop twice to collect Just 1 parcel and they refused to give me and asked me to come next time before I went i always made the phone call saying I am going to collect the parcel however when I get there, they said it's over the parcel collection time,until I said fine, return it to the sender! It's ridiculous that I have spent 2weeks to keep visiting the shop every weekend.Why didn't they just make it clear ? Just see the comments below, I am sure there are more people get confused. it was Sunday day time ,and Saturday 4:45pm as I have the receipt from Uber to that place.

I went in to the grocer tonight to pick up a parcel as I do multiple times a week (at all hours of the day) and was rudely told I couldn't collect my parcel because it is past hours. It was 7pm (they are open til 8). I would understand if they had a sign out the front saying I could not collect after a certain time or had told me previously that I was unable to collect. It was only last week that I picked up a parcel at this same time and there was no problems nor any warning of this changing. I work during the day and can only collect after 5pm. How am I meant to collect my parcel if they are refusing me? It might as well have been sent to the post office which has the same trading hours and offer friendly customer service. A simple 'although we have in the past, sorry we don't let customers collect after 5pm anymore' would have sufficed but instead he told me he was sick of people like me coming in asking for parcels at ungodly hours. Don't stay open at ungodly hours then and don't subcontract to Australia post. I'd rather pick my parcels up elsewhere anyway

Worst service ever if I could give this place a zero rating I would. Have tried to collect parcels here on several occasions and there is always an issue (we don't work 9-5 jobs) hence we struggle to get in here to collect within hours..nnWell my god the guy behind the counter thinks he is so superior and gives you an absolute mouthful, also tells me my own ID is not me uhhh righto and who are you again?!nnGuy is a douche and they shouldn't have the rights to run post office here due to the sheer fact their service is pathetic and it is ALWAYS without doubt unpleasant walking into that shop....nnVery very disgusted customer....
