Pizza Hut Kawana Waters

Awesome pizza.. definitely 5 stars

Waited over an hour for delivery pizza, had to call to find out where it was turned out they didn’t have a driver to deliver the pizzas so had to wait. Pizzas finally arrived and were terrible base was so thick I should of just brought a load of bread from Foodworks and put some cheese on it.

When I ordered one of the pizzas I specifically asked for certain ingredients to be left off the pizza and asked for it to be thin and crispy as I have someone in the household who we have to be careful of what they eat. I repeated to the lady what I wanted on the pizza and she repeated it back to me. When I got the pizza everything that I had told her not to put on the pizza was put on the pizza and it was a thick pizza. When I called to complain the person that I was speaking to was pretending to be a manager until I called him out on it and asked him to speak to the manager he then told me they weren't there and call back later. I did try calling back later I still couldn't get through. I'm not sure what's worse the pizza or the service, I definitely won't be going back. Not worth the money. ud83dude20

Have made an online complaint last year, then had to follow up, manager called me on mobile, said he would get back to me regarding my refund as he wanted to check with the delivery driver. the pizza was never delivered. I have followed up 5 times now, phoned head office and no one will get back to me. you owe me $37 pizza hut kawana! pay up.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour, and very poor level of service. Uttermost disappointment!!
