Super friendly staff. My burrito was really nice except the chicken was a little bit chewy which was a shame. Regular size Burrito is huge and well worth the money.

Long wait for a simple tacco, over 25 minutes a drive though order. So disappointed… They need to review their “fast food” nomination.

Sadly, it required a complaint directly to the manager to resolve an issue at the Birtinya store recently. After my wife placed her order, she was asked to wait in a bay for the food to be brought out. An inordinate length of time passed before an employee arrived at the car, explaining that the delay had been caused by him giving the order to someone else! It got worse. The replacement order didn't include the requested serving of chips. Upon being asked about it, the employee stated he'd placed the chips in the bag himself. He hadn't, and he got ruder by the minute. The employee didn't for one moment countenance the possibility that those chips may have been in the bag he erroneously gave to another customer.nnTo be fair, the manager was helpful, apologetic and even prepared the missing chips herself. However, the conduct of the employee was deplorable. Discourtesy allied to his insinuation that a customer was being dishonest is staggeringly unbecoming of someone who represents the company.nnToday, during the next (and last) visit to the store following the debacle outlined above, another order was processed incorrectly. Lesson learned.

Awesome food as always! The kids love the nachos and chips and apple juice in the kids meals. We love the naked burritos with mince beef and sauteed vegetables. Always fast service and fresh food. Highly recommend.

Good quality food but asked if I wanted guac.... Then forgot my guac!
