The installers were so helpful and explained mynelderly husband's questions. We are very happy with the model we gotnand it came up with all our requirements so quiet inside and the motor outside. i also want to thank the office manager Kellie who helped me with the paper work. The installer Jamie was polite and helpful and explained the air conditioning controls and gave his recommendations.
