I would not use this company. This is a warning to all. I almost lost my deposit and entire settlement due to this company. They failed to turn up to settlement. Lost documents. Refused to answer or return calls. Then presented late to the final settlement. Do not use them. You could lose everything.

Extremely poor response time throughout the whole process. Took way longer than necessary to sort things out because of this. Also was waiting all day on settlement day to get the keys because they couldn’t send the settlement email on time. Their customer service was poor every time I called. Their prices are also higher than others so I recommend doing a quick shop around and you’ll find someone (anyone!) who is much better.
Professional, reliable. No hesitation recommending this firm. Brooke Englehart was a champion.
