Do not come here to get your tax return done unless you want a complete mess. Days after lodging my tax return here, the accountant called me and laughed at me for being upset at her massive mistake - extremely unprofessional. I then had to follow it up to even get my refund back from ITP themselves. Here I was thinking I'd have my tax done by "professionals" when it has to be the worst experience I've had.
