Absolutely terrible customer attitude by older lady on counter. No need for it. Have been going there for app 30 yrs with 3 cars but had enough. Caltex on Aerodrome Rd is just as convenient. I note others have a similar opinion of I think the same lady.

Wow, I've encounted some pretty Nasty customer service/ console operators before but Sandy at Shell Coles express Mooloolaba today with her Nasty, taunting, unhappy to be their and general hatred towards myself and other customers takes the cake. Not a good look for Shell Coles who usually insist on excellent service.

Not friendly staff! Very rude lady at the counter. I believed Sandy serviced me but so rude. Never ever recommend this place.
