IGA X-press

As I couldn't give a 0 star rating, I was forced to give it 1 STAR rating! Today I have purchased a small bottle of Tonic WATER, for 3$. After noticing at home that it had 21% sugar, and being on a diet, I have asked to have it swapped for mineral water instead, and was rudely Told, Sorry, once it leaves the store, that's it. We can not do a thing. So I have then Donated that same unopened bottle of Tonic I have purchased, sealed Bottle of Tonic water back to them, and said I will never be back ever again, not only this IGA but any IGA. As this is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! at all. I'm so Dissapppointed ! It's not at all about the 3$ purchase, which I could have bought for a few cents anywhere else, but about Customer SERVICE.

I love IGA's, they always have things you need that supermarkets and health stores price up. The staff here are always friendly and helpful
