I highly recommend Burswood Dermatology the staff from receptionist to nurses make you feel welcome and are caring. My daughter is being treated by Dr Tan who has shown her compassion being understanding listened to her diagnosed and treated her condition. Dr Tan has been a true blessing to our family in making a difference to our daughters life. I will forever be grateful to Dr Tan and can't thank him enough. Thank you Dr Tan for everything.

These guys fixed my face! Dr Daniel Hewitt was friendly and clear and gave me a solution to the problem I was having (severe perioral dermatitis) , I went away for work 2 weeks following and during that time and my condition got worse, my partner called the clinic and Dr Hewitt personally phoned back, straight away, and wrote out a prescription to have medication collected and sent to me, since I was away from Perth. This was such a huge relief and his extra attention was at no extra cost and given willingly and promptly. I would definitely recommend Dr Hewitt.

Dr Sue was brilliant, however the receptionist a different story. As i waited for 30 minutes, it became quite apparent she was clearly sick with cold/flu like symptoms. During the pandemic this is a serious offence, and to make it worse there are signs everywhere asking to let reception know if you are experiencing these symptoms? Could have let me know when i booked on the phone SHE was experiencing these symptoms and i would have definitely not gone there. If your sick, STAY HOME!

It seems my old review has disappeared,Dr Tan was rude and did NOT do his job,he didn't listen,he didn't look at my dermis and I am still suffering....BEWARE!!

Dr was clear, concise and efficient. Treatment first class. Receptionist is a different matter. "S" was not the friendliest or most helpful i have come across before. Worrying as she is often the first person customers/patients deal with therefore the businesses representative!
