The wait time is ridiculous. I've been here for just over an hour and finally I'm up next. I'd suggest another phleb if they know they're busy on Saturday mornings.

I went to the test last Saturday. usually the patients have to wait until 8am at the door open. but this time the young lady Ash has got everything ready 10 minutes before 8am and have us to sit down in the waiting room instead of to stand outside of the gate. she does really care about the patients. much appreciated it.

Rude & discourteous phlebotomist who clearly did not want to be in the premises, taking blood. I fail to understand how a business can meet it’s clients with 0 empathy, 0 courtesy and have such poorly trained staff. I suggest you place CCTV in every room, and observe how some of your staff treat clients. There is no excuse for allowing your staff to behave so unprofessionally.

Very nervous about getting this test done, as lasr time another pathology didnt care about what you felt.. went to this pathology, Kim who worked there, guided me through it, very professional and i was very relaxed. Thank you so much.

Unprofessional, bad at answering phone, fax doesn't work, and making no effort to repair it. Overtly show they don't care about their patients and don't work with the doctors and nurses who require pathology results.
