Hungry Jack's Burgers Carseldine

Good burgers, good customer service. Had to wait 5 minutes the burger to be cooked. As a courtesy for the wait, they upgraded the meal to a large - which was nice. However, in a rush to complete the order, they forgot to include sauces for the entire meal.

Bought 4 Whopper meals $50 and everything was stone cold. Tried to call the store and the phone rang out each time. Haven’t even got the decency to answer the phones. Will not be returning.

Wrong.order in drive through. Burger was sloppily put together. Disappointed this time.

Bought a coffee and fries from here and the coffee was so hot and so bitter and strong I could not drink it. It tasted absolutely disgusting. There are new ads advertising that your coffee doesn’t taste like dishwasher anymore, but I have to disagree. I like my coffee strong, but it was the worst coffee I’ve had and our fries were absolutely stone COLD! Not even warm! So disappointed when you drive off and can’t can’t turn back for a replacement or refund. Lift your game HJ’s. I won’t be returning.

Food was great, but last night my fiance and I got a family bundle, and it was missing two burgers.nnTried to ring several times but the phone is never answered? Trying to get in contact has been difficult.
