Did not even receive our order.nMy partner placed it online before 10pm. Your website states that it closes at 11pm on a Saturday. We received a confirmation email stating that the estimate delivery time was 10:33pm. Once it had not arrived we rung the store, still before 11pm and there was no answer. Rung up again this morning and were told that our order was cancelled however we had not received any email or text regarding this. Then were told that our money would be refunded in roughly 12 business days?! Not happy with this at all considering it was a $73 order and children waiting up for dinner they did not receive. The least that could have been done is that we receive our order and refund seeming it wouldn’t appear in our bank for at least 2 weeks. The supervisor we spoke to was also quite blunt and unapologetic. Not satisfied with the service at all.

What a bunch of losers. They cancelled my order without even advising me and when I called them and asked why they cancelled they told me that my order was to lower value for them to bother this late at night. If that's the case then please ensure there is a minimum order value set on your website so that I don't get charged and now have to wait 7-10 days for my refund of $23.00.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Was completely burnt and disgusting. Only gave us one garlic bread when we ordered 2 because they forgot to cook a second one. Ordered bbq wings got plain wings. Order loaded pepperoni with double pineapple. Didn't get that at all. Offered to send photos. Had to drive the pizza back to the store. Paid $112 to get nothing

So disappointing! Paid almost $20 for a new range premium pizza and was delivered a disgusting burnt mess. Limited toppings and not even cut evenly. The quality of the pizza here have been declining for some time; I don't recommend ordering from this store.

Wrong pizza was delivered tonight. The young black kid was rude, he couldn’t even be bothered say hi or talk. Just walked off whistling.
