After only 6 years and more than $1000 having an electrical meter box upgrade to comply with the installation of a rooftop solar array, I have been contacted and told who ever did the work on my box last has not sealed it properly and is now rusted out which is going to cost more than $1500 again. This was quite distasteful and I had reviewed accordingly... After having Don contact me to discuss his disappointment with my issue, I was impressed he made the effort to call and was happy to talk out what had been done, apologised there was an issue and sounded very sincere. I asked if he would look after me if we were to do business in the future once more and have agreed with Don to again use him for required work on my property due to this discussion and have advised that if I am happy with our interactions there on, I will be updating my review further.nnUPDATE.. recently have had a another issue with an appliance this time, and have had done the property for the service. With no trouble at all I am very happy to find a text message that advises that they have completed the job and have contacted the supplier and been approved for parts and labour to be done under warranty when it was found to be an issue that was applicable to a warranty that extends long after the standard unit warranty lifetime. As I'm sure many would agree comma having one experience vs another can be off-putting, however when two parties can converse and work together, it can be beneficial for all involved. Thank you Don and Narelle for your work and commitment to your customer service.

Extremely expensive i had a sensor light installed and a fluro/housing replaced and it cost $500. Contacted them enquiring why they charged me 3 times retail price for parts and they have failed to reply. Would not recommend or use again.
