I recently needed to engage an electrician to upgrade the fire alarms in my residential property. I sent off requests for quotes to five different licensed electricians in Rockhampton. Only one responded; guess who got the job!nnNot only was Moltec Pty Ltd the only company who bothered to respond, they were in contact the next day to arrange my free quote. Jo in admin was very professional on the phone and booked a time for an electrician to come and assess the job. Since I was receiving such great service, I decided to ask if the electricians could also quote on installing some ceiling fans.nnWhen the quote came back it seemed reasonable to me, and I engaged Moltec to undertake the job. Jo was honest about there being a wait for an available date and since this wasn’t an emergency, I was happy to wait the few weeks.nnThe electrician and his apprentice did a top job installing the new smoke alarms and ceiling fans and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Moltec again.
