I gave a score of 2 only for the hot chocolate drinks that were made for us today. I have got to say one of the worst hot chocolates I have ever had. And these were made by a staff member on a commercial machine so I would have expected these to be spot on. But they were not good - the milk was not hot but it tasted like it had been overheated ud83eudd75 and there was only a hint of chocolate flavour... what we got was pretty much a cup of Luke warm milk.nWould suggest some more training for staff members on improving their barista skills ud83dudc4c

Ryan and Jacob were both absolutely amazing! Gave us a good laugh while we were in there and were so nice and accommodating!nWe’re on a road trip and a lot of the time the staff at truck stops, fuel stations and rest areas are quite rude or just normal (which is totally fine), but it was nice to come here and have a bit of back and forth with them both and have a laugh. We only came to use the hot showers but ended up buying food and drinks as well.nPrices are obviously higher than what you’d get in your average shops, but that’s to be expected in any truck stop, so I’m not sure why so many reviewers make a big deal out of that.nA lot of reviews seem to be aimed at the staff, but from my personal experience, all the staff I’ve interacted with here have been nothing but nice and friendly. Based on that I’d highly recommend this truck stop both for their staff and facilities.

I'm the daughter of the pensioner who fell over. I've made a official complaint. Look after your customers! Not a care in the world was given to this mannHow many have fallen on a very slippery driveway?? No safety signs alerted to this. When the staff member told and asked for a band-aid no concern on what had occurred. Disappointed and ANGRY! You are not even worthy of the 1 star.
