Domino's Pizza North Rockhampton

Pizza was not bought out to car as per pickup details, sat waiting for more then 10mins after phone said Pizza was ready for car park delivery. So I went inside and they said they had forgot about the carpark pickup and it was waiting in the hot box.nnAlso the Pizza we got was wrong ones. So had to take them back and get the right ones. Staff Not very organised. Was only early around 5pm, and only had 2 other customers in the store. When we finally got the right pizza the base was wrong, I ordered deep pan and got thin n crispy. They gave a free garlic bread but not worth all the trouble had to go through to get what I actually ordered in the very beginning. I won't be ordering here again.

We ordered pizza's tonight via the Dominos app, as we have done previously, to be delivered. There was a public holiday surcharge of $10 which we were fine with.nBut when the order hadn't arrived more than 30mins past the delivery time given, we rang the store to verify our order. They had no idea about it, but as they were looking, the delivery driver pulled up in my driveway. No apologies for being late, and the girl on the phone hung up on me when I mentioned that I think it had turned up...without confirmation, explanation or apology. All good, we all move on. Then upon opening the pizzas, they were very sub standard. The new yorker ham and pineapple was practically a cheese pizza. We counted 6 pieces of pineapple, and all the ham was pretty much bunched up on one slice. The lovers and supreme followed suit.nVery disappointed. Time to try the independents and get quality again.

Stopped in here a couple times for the classic pizza, they've always served up exactly what we order with no issues. Always best to use the vouchers from the mail if you have any handy for best value. The carpark is always busy so be careful of people rushing for parking, really unsafe area.

I used to absolutely love the pizza from this Domino's restaurant, in fact it was my favourite pizza place in town, I used to grab a pizza for lunch here almost daily and it was always delicious and excellent. But over the past couple years the pizzas have shrunk dramatically in size and I've gotten nothing but terrible terrible quality pizza with pathetic amounts of toppings. constantly. I loved this place but they aren't what they used to be.nnBasically if you order pizza from here expect overpriced small pizzas.The stingiest amount of toppings possible, and even if you order and pay for extra you'll still get the same miniscule amount. If you feel like dominos go to any other Domino's restaurant in town this place just doesn't care about quality or value and it shows.

All good. Chaotically busy :-) but nonetheless fast and efficient.nHappy to better a deal offered by Pizza Hut.
