CRM Electrical Control And Air Conditioning

Just had the boys do an air conditioner install and was impressed by theirnprofessionalism and cleanliness, getting rarer these days.nWell done !

Made appointment waited weeks for it . Service Guy never showed up . Rang office to find out why they didn't show up . Told they came on a different day . They forgot or had their wires crossed that they changed appointment days. The office girl then said that the technician rang my mobile while at front door but no call log provided and no missed or received call was registered for that day or any other day . I do however have call log from when office called to reschedule the call out. The family was home on both days so if they knocked the door would have been opened.nThe thing that angered me the most was when I rang to find out why person did not come I was accused of lying about being home. When I told her I had proof and she is lying about service guy ringing me. She got flustered and hung up. I know errors occur but don't lie and say you called when no calls were made. Very unprofessional receptionist. For the face of the company she left a very poor opinion. The aircon was installed by this company and is under warranty so have no choice but to use them but I hope that the next time they are professional.

Fantastic service. My house lost all power and no one else could help me on short notice. CRM came out quickly and fixed the problem so we had power tonight. Thank you for your prompt service. Will use again.

Poor after service customer service. Refused to correct issue with poor installation because it was outside their 1 year warranty period. Would not recommend.

I just wanted to say Craig and his team are very professional from the start to the fining of a job.We completed a full renovation with local trades to repair our house after we had a plumbing pipe burst in the ceiling while we were away working .Very fair pricing and on time, highly recommend CRM Electrical.
