Pizza Hut Tewantin

Ordered delivery online, paying cash on arrival, received a call saying that cash it's inconvenient and can I pay now over the phone. NO! Was told that the duty manager will deliver my pizza after the store closes at 9:15pm. I ordered at 7:45. A tiny, dirty, hungry looking girl shows up with a cold and pathetic pizza. Never again. Eagle boys were great, Pizza hut is awful.

Really good fun but found a bit to expensive for me to keep going back. Really friendly and helpful staff

Cant assemble a pizza if their lives depended on it. Got a peporoni lovers and had 8 pices of peporoni???? 8??????? Is this some sort of joke, was mainly just sauce and dough.

Ordered online, was ready at the time given. Quality was exactly what I expected from Pizza Hut, tasty and consistent. I eat a lot of pizza and Pizza Hut is my favourite chain, so I have inherent bias. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The worst experience I have ever had with any pizza store ever... I placed an order via the web ordering system at 7.20pm with an expect wait for delivery of 30 minutes - was contacted by the store to say delivery would actually be an hour due to them only having one staff member in store... then an hour later was contacted by the delivery driver to be told their car key had fallen apart and I would have to wait for the other delivery driver which would be at least another 30 minutes... putting expected delivery time to be 8.50pm... 9pm STILL NO PIZZA, rang the store, no answer, 9.15pm STILL NO PIZZA, 9.30pm STILL NO PIZZAnThe pizza NEVER arrived... I had prepared for it and now I have to waste my time trying to get the money refunded never mind the fact that my kids went to bed hungry with no dinner as they kept thinking the pizza would turn up...I am disgusted at the level of unprofessional service from your staff, I never received another phone call from the store after the delivery driver called, never once was I offer any sort of compensation for the amount of inconvenience.
