I just sold a unit in Noosaville where Stellar completed the conveyancing. The entire sale was conducted remotely as we live in the NT and the buyer in Tasmania. Stellar did a wonderful job managing the remote situation by internet. I'd recommend their services to all.

Very poor level of detail and service, avoid this business. 4 different contacts during a simple house sale, none of whom really seemed to know anything about the situation. 3 times over 3 weeks they were asked if they had everything they needed, yes they said and then an hour before settlement, panic phone calls being made as they needed forms filling in. No one prepared to take responsibility for any of it. Seemed like it was normal to them. Always too busy to take a phone call and took days to respond. Made what should have been a simple process much more stressful than it needed to be and they couldn't care less.

My Wife and I purchased a property through Stellar Conveyancing in Parrearra.Qld. Ashleigh Irwin was our Conveyancer, she held our hand from start to finish as we were living in Sydney, and due to Covid we could not travel. If they are all like Ashleigh I cannot recommend this Company enough for their professionalism and attention to detail.
