The heartbreak endured during a marriage breakdown is unexplainable until you personally experience it, recently sadly I experienced this very situation and I was fortunate to be referred to Jane from Jane McCarthy Law. Upon meeting Jane, I felt an instant affinity with her, I did not feel I was just another number in the lawyers brief and knew instantly I could trust her directions. I wouldn’t rely on Jane or her team to do anything. Stuffed around for so long with Legal Aid application; failed to pass on documents from my ex and the mistakes in every communication was horrendous; including addressing my ex by someone else’s name. Engaging a solicitor during such a stressful time is supposed to reduce the amount of stress; not increase it and that is all McCarthy Family Law have done.
