In terms of check in speeds, bag drop and security one of the best airports around also loads of shopping and places to eat. Only improvements that come to mind is trolleys should be free of charge as trying to find a pound coin whilst pushing 5 bags with kids is a pain! Also signage to the parking pickups could be improved.

Easy and quick arrival, e-gates exits worked (or just we was lucky?!) we leaved quick the airport. The shuttle service giving many options with the train services to London Central.

yeah I’m not that old but every time my family have needed to go on holiday we go to this airport. I’ll be honest I’m only 15 and I think it’s the most stressful place ever but we’ve never missed a flight, I think it’s just my anxiety. There are a lot of shops including a Harry Potter one which I used to love when I was younger, but they’re really expensive, but then again it’s an airport and everything is expensive at airports. However it is really easy to tell where you are going and there are lots of easy parking lots around England which you can get a minibus from to your terminal. All round good, just a little stressful for me
