Pelago Dental

I had an awful experience at Pelago Dental. I got a filling by Zi Lin Sun and it was discoloured, unsightly and crumbled the next day!! I also came out with a big cut at the back of my mouth. I contacted the office straight after my appointment (same day) to discuss with Zi but the person who answered the phone (I think her name was Caitlyn) advised that Zi was in with a patient and couldn't possibly contact me that day. Pretty bad service. I went to 2 dentists in Perth for their opinion and they both stated the filling was badly done. I have now had it corrected by a great dentist in Perth and it has not crumbled and is white. Now I know why they say, when in pain get on the plane! ;-) I would not recommend here, just from my experience.

The reception staff were excellent and most welcoming concidering the current covid suituation. The young dentist whom I can't remember her name and is not on the web site (I can remember she was from Wagga) and her assistant Caitlin were amazing. I have been in the dentist chair a lot over the years and they were been the best I have dealt with by far.

I have been going to Pelago Dental for the past 2 years. Dr Kathryn and the staff are always friendly and helpful every time. They always make me feel confident and comfortable with whatever treatment I'm having. Would highly recommend them!
