HI there, I dropped off my car yesterday for a service, you said you would ring and pick me up when it was ready. 6pm last night nothing, DO you think someone would of called me before locking the gates to collect my car. Customer service ZERO!!. I cannot believe no one cared enough to contact me to let me know my car was ready and you were going home. I am extremely annoyed as I have no car on a Public Holiday. can someone please contact me and arrange for me to pick up my car today.
