AutoRent Hertz Devonport

We recently hired a car from Hertz but got a cracked windscreen. Craig from the Devonport office was very helpful and reassuring. Will definitely hire from Hertz again after such a good experience.

Fantastic - rescued us after a disastrous experience with another car rental agency! We ended up catching taxis and the bus from Launceston to Devonport after narrowly avoiding being drastically overcharged ($930+ for a small vehicle for 3 days, and almost impossible to cancel). We needed to travel multiple times to a location just outside of Devonport, so the short-notice offer of a vehicle usually used by one of the staff (cleaned and ready in the 5 mins it took us to walk to the office), for 2 days at a reasonable price, was very much appreciated! Never experienced such generosity and friendly, quick, no-fuss service from a car hire company (especially when there seemed to be no other vehicles available across the northern part of the state, and the only company with one available online was unapolagetically profiting from the situation by tripling their prices).. Definitely recommend Hertz Devonport!

Craig was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. An asset to the company! Exceptional customer service is very much appreciated :)
