To be honest this firm doesn't deserve 1 star!! My experience was appalling!! Met with Mark once for 20 minutes,i wanted to talk to him about my case 4 days before court but no i was told by Brodie that i will talk to Mark on the morning of my case!! I made it very clear i still needed to talk to mark but no i had to wait for court day.. came court day First Mark was 20 mins late then i rang the office Brodie told me Mark was on his way he was a few mins late!! 1 hour and a half Mark walked straight passed me into the court room!! As you can imagine the judge was not impressed at all with the wait time!! No apologies or anything!! I do NOT recommend Mark to help you in a legal matter please go to someone else as i did not find him professional at all
Don't waste your time,paid them a lot of money with no help .they tell you your not eligible for legal aid when I was,not to mention he forgot to show up
Four months and two follow up calls from us and we are still waiting, after our phone consultation, for our wills to be finalised! Professional not.
