Natalie was rude, snarly and just awful to talk to. A conveyancer should not get involved in family matters or takes sides, especially when not in full knowledge of facts that would not be pertinent to a conveyancer in the first place or just plainly, none of their business. A conveyancer should also not give legal advice. To this point, I may be making a complaint to Consumer, Building & Occupational Services about possible professional misconduct.
