I had a dated Saphire gold ring that was damaged, the guys rebuilt the ring with what they had, I picked up the ring and gave to my wife, she was over the moon. Thanks guys; Happy wife, happy life. Cheers Peter H.
Very easy to deal with, excellent price on repair and was completed before their estimated time. The rings look as good as new despite having been worn every day for more than 10 years.nnWent to another jeweler first who said that they were not sure if it could be fixed at all and they would have to ship it off to even find out. Bernmarc was able to fix it within the week.
Just so very pleased with the work done by Bernmarc. Had a ring redesigned and it was absolute garbage. I took the ring into Bernmarc to see if it could be salvaged and I am just over the moon with the result. Can not recommend this jeweller highly enough. Should have gone here in the first place.
