Noarlunga Downs Primary School

My daughter loves going to this school. Small community works for us and we are really happy that we moved our girl to Noarlunga Downs PS. We are impressed with enthusiastic and encouraging teachers and staff, and with flexible learning environment. Huge outdoor area and gymnasium are also a bonus.

I went to this school when I was a child and it was fantastic so it is really sad to see the state it is in now! The teachers are great and very supportive but the office staff let the school down. They do not care at all about the kids education or mental health and they constantly suspend/send my kids home for the most rediculous of reasons. There was a very serious incident last year involving my youngest boy which was handled very poorly by the leadership team and much to my disgust the principal could not have cared less. If she did she had a funny way of showing it! If my kids hadn't changed schools so many times already I would move them again.

The school has passionate and amazing staff who are always looking to make the curriculum fun and engaging. The office ladies are fantastic and caring they know the name of every student and are always eager to help and assist parents and students. Can't wait to see the changes the new principal brings to this school.

Our family have attended this school for 4 years now, love how the teachers adapted their learning styles to suit the children in their classes. Our youngest is waiting very impatiently to start kindy next year. All staff make an effort to know all the kids and families by name. Excellent community feel and I have found other parents to be friendly and supportive of each other. After only 1 term with our new leadership team we are already seeing the benefits of the changes they have implemented and be couldn't be happier!!!

My son loves the teachers here but unfortunately they can't accommodated to his needs here and will have to move schools :(
