Ordered Pizza’s online they were half an hour late but worth every minute, the pizza was great, The delivery driver was apologetic but offered us a free garlic bread. so I am happy. And will order from Pizzarazzi again.
Last three delivery orders have been at least 40mins longer than the quoted 50min delivery time. Waiting nearly 2hrs for pizza delivery isn't anywhere close to being good enough. Pizza is fantastic when it arrives though.
Service is outstanding. Lovely employees. pizzas are delicious very good size for the price and the calzone are amazing so yummy ud83dude0b
Loyalty program is completely broken and they didn't seem to reply to my complaints
I placed an order through Deliveroo at 6 pm. By 7:15 pm I gave them a call to see what was going on, only to be told that 'they had not turned the Deliveroo tablet on'. I was told they would try and turn the tablet on and we would get the order in about 40 minutes. I said this was fine, but at 7:25 pm I get a callback advising that they could not turn the tablet on and asked if I could cancel the order.
