Everyone we have dealt with at King Caravans have been helpful. Ian has been thorough and nothing has been too much trouble, he took the time to understand our needs. Any questions that we had, have been answered promptly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone looking for a caravan, second hand or new. The staff at King Caravans have been professional and friendly. Great service.

Salesman are a Bit full on. Couple workers not rude but not nice at all either. Also couple nicer workers. They get the job done. but could be nicer and more down to earth. On the whole.

Dont normally complain about anything, but the servive department is the most incompetent place ive dealt with. My van went in for warranty repairs and 1st service.nOn collection it was raining, van leaking.nDoor wouldnt open or shut.nWhile i was waiting i picked up screws and rivets out of the driveway so i didnt run over them.nWarranty was to replace damaged cladding. The van was full of aluminium cladding dust and shaving, almost like the grinder or saw was used inside the van.nAir vent sat in place even though they broke it, to find it on the floor once home.nAwning doesnt work like it did.nWhen windows were refitted the fly screen rails were not even in the tracks, jammed between the wall and rails.nLoose screws, missing screws....nnBuying the van through Kings was great, but wouldn't take my wheel barrow there for repairs.
