SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE. We tried to book a taxi online which generated a message to expect an email confirmation. 15 mkns before our scheduled pick-up, there was still no confirmation so I rang to book a return journey for 9pm.- here is where the real problems started. Cheerful staff and friendly management. Always doing their especially when in high demand. The drivers are helpful and warm. The vehicles are kept immaculately clean. Staff are generally long standing which makes service consistent and kind. Keep up the good work!

Recently I had to make an unexpected trip to Hahndorf and, because I hate driving in the hills, opted to go by taxi. I'm so glad I did. It was a lovely experience, my driver, Simon, was courteous and very helpful. Also a great conversationalist and a competent and safe driver! Highly recommend this service.
