Hope Valley Laundromat

This laundromat has been renovated 2 months ago and got the latest tech machines, with different sizes. Washing machines ( 8 kg, 13 kg, & 18 Kg) , dryers from 20 Kg to 35 kg. they have got a coins change machine, powder display and seating area. Winter special $1 for 8 min drying ( the cheapest in the country)

Washing machine not working properly. Called the assistance number. "Not available". Left a message at 4.51pm to call me. It is now 5.59pm. Still have not bothered to call me. Will never go there again!!!

Would of left 4 stars but aircond no on am sweating up a storm great machines an dryers tho will use again

I wish I could say this is a good Laundromat, but twice now I've walked there at 7:30am to do my laundry, and both times the doors were locked, despite it clearly saying 7am-9pm on the door, on the website, and everyone I've asked. This is unacceptable. Even the smallest businesses realize that you must follow your advertised business hours. It's pretty basic. Otherwise, you get customers like me who have walked half an hour only to be faced with a locked door. I won't be using this place again, and I'll be recommending to everyone I know to do the same.
